-- Day 3 --
Day 3 saw a clear morning and warmer temperatures on land. Wind took a longer time to fill in, but once it did sailors saw the windiest conditions of the regatta by the end of the day. With current pushing sailors over the line, each flight had multiple starts to all the races. There were many OCSs and the black flag was brought out as well. As of this morning, results are still not posted. (At least I cannot find them!) The sailors have been enjoying meeting and trading with all their competitors and the New Zealand gear seems to be the hot item to trade for! Kerry and Lisa continue to do an amazing job, with help from all. Here's to a great last day of competition!

-- Team USA 2 NAM Champs --
In a full day of team racing, USA 2 beat Puerto Rico 2-1 in the final round to become the 2011 North American Team Race Champions! Team members are: Will Logue, Jack Parkin, Allie Toppa, Richard Schuurmans and Wiley Rodgers. USA 1 took 3rd place over all! Team members are: Sean Brennan, Wade Waddell, William Marshall, Russell Clarida and Martina Sly. USA 3 had a good day as well, with a solid effort! Team members are: Nico Schultz, Alexander Hanna, Audrey Giblin, Ben Kern, and Patrick Shanahan. Great job to all - and thanks to the coaches too!
